Financial Analyst

Job Description:

- Analyzing financial statements of stressed companies and preparing financial projections

- Preparation of information memorandum/teasers for investors

- Undertaking due-diligence of NPA loans.

- Interacting with Financial & Strategic Investors with investment proposals

- Preparation and Presentation of investment proposals to investors

- Resolving Investors queries & requirements

- Experience in Due diligence.

- Must have good knowledge of Debt restructuring, Resolution, Recovery.

- Having adequate knowledge of DRT Act, SARFAESI Act, IBC 2016 other relevant law pertaining to Banking and financial institutions

- Drafting and vetting of various documents related to Assignment of Loans, legal and statutory notices related to SARFAESI Act 2002

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 years work-experience in asset reconstruction company (ARC) or in advances / loan department of a commercial Bank.

- Experience in preparation & understanding of Financial Models

- Well versed with Financial Ratios & reading of Financial Statements

- Strong Communication & presentation skills

- Preferred candidate profile Chartered Accountant / MBA Finance / CFA or 5years working experience in in advances / loan department of a commercial Bank
