Compliance Officer

- Developing and implementing a board-approved compliance policy that covers the compliance culture, function, risk management, and reporting.

- Advising the board and senior management on compliance issues and providing periodic reports on the status of compliance.

- Identifying, assessing, monitoring, managing, and reporting on compliance risk throughout the RBI Regulations and ensuring adherence to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes of conduct, and internal policies and procedures.

- Coordinating with the internal audit, risk management, legal, and other functions to ensure effective compliance governance and oversight.

- Conducting compliance training and awareness programs for the staff and stakeholders of the bank.

- Liaising with the regulators and external auditors on compliance matters and facilitating inspections, audits, and investigations.

- Have deep understanding of the banking sector and the regulatory framework and ensures that the bank follows the rules and regulations laid down by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other authorities.

Experience: 10 years and above in compliance function in a Bank/ARC. Candidates having worked in RBI or with other regulator will be preferred.
