Key Responsibilities-

1. To establish and maintain service center

2. To liaison with store manager and sales team, for service operations

3. To ensure customer satisfaction, to avoid escalation of issues

4. To motivate and manage team of Service center and Care Center personnel

5. To be responsible and accountable for Service Deliverables in the Service Center and Care Center.

- To ensure that the Care Center personnel are working in tandem to support walk in customers

- To control the flow of incoming calls for on-site support of service

- Manage costs/expense of Service Center and Care Center, within guidelines given.

- Poor allocation of calls will lead to increase in service expenses

- Poor management will lead to customer dissatisfaction, thereby leading to replacements / refund occurring, leading to loss to company.

- Ensuring adequate amount of manpower to cater to all customer Calls.

- To motivate the team to enhance performance levels by identifying gaps / needs and providing necessary skills / training.

- To mentor and counsel engineers when ever necessary.

- To motivate the Third party and supplier personnel so as to ensure that they deliver
