Experience : 2-8 Years

Education : BE( From Premier Institute Only)

- Experience in a product service role in an OEM automotive industry is desirable

- Understanding/Exposure of service processes

- Experience in resolution of product quality issues

- Excellent relationship building capability

- Analytical ability

- Negotiation & influencing skills
