About the Role:

- We are seeking a motivated and experienced Area Service Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective Service manpower availability, overseeing the installation of calls, controlling spare parts consumption, submitting Open Call MIS, and striving for total customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- To ensure effective Service manpower availability in Service Centre locations - To ensure that all Installation calls are attended and completed successfully within 4 hrs metro cities and 24 hrs locally and within 48 hrs at upcountry.

- Control and monitor the consumption of spare parts and ensure smooth spares supply at the Service centre/partners end.

- Submit Open Call MIS to Regional Service Manager and Operations Manager on daily basis.

- Strive and achieve total customer satisfaction by reviewing the KPIs and previous meetings MOM on weekly basis with Regional Service Manager.

- Monitor progress of consumer cases, exceptional cases to settle the same without any delay.

- Handle customer grievances/redressals with the help of companys legal cell/Corporate Service team in time.

- Attend critical complaints personally and keep a separate track on the same till its successful closure.

- Generate strong brand image and improve customer loyalty levels, thus impacting on sales turnover.

- Study and review MOM of Sales and Service on weekly basis and take actions on pending issues. Service centre/Sales Partners Visit plan to be submit on or before 5th of every month.

- To visit every Service Centre locations and potential upcountry locations.

- Ensure to meet Partner RSM/ASM weekly basis to discuss about current pendency - Monthly twice distributor visit along with Service partner RSM and Sales RSM - Monthly Once key dealers visit along with Service partner RSM/ASM and Sales RSM/ASM - Discuss and resolve current burning issues and oldissues in consultation with TV Regional Service Manager and TV Operations Manager

- Compile Dealer satisfaction report and obtain no claim status and submit to TV Regional Service Manager and TV Operations Manager

Requirements:

- Should be a Graduate/Post-graduate with aminimum of 5 years of relevant experience

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
