Role: Channel Service State Head (Leadership Role)
Job Location: Mumbai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Madurai & Cochin
Professional Experience & Qualification: BE/B.Tech, minimum 8 years of experiences in handling Service operation & business development. Should be a natural leader and able to motivate and build an effective team. Must be from automobile background and working exposure with BS4 & BS6 Technology.
Age Limit: 38 Years
Job Purpose: Achieve customer satisfaction & service business growth in the given area.
Job Profile:
- Analyze CSI score and plan and implement the activities across the area for the improvement of the score.
- Improve AMD & AD profitability from Workshop.
- Ensure area workshop infrastructure to be in compliance with CI norms for providing a delightful experience to the customer.
- Ensure effective implementation of field fixes and SOP for timely resolution of complaints.
- Ensure the regular orders and funds from dealers for adequate parts availability at dealership level.
- Ensure the adequate channel manpower is available against the requirement.
- Improve rigorous of PDCA across the zone (TM/ Dealer level) & Conduct timely PDCA on target image adequacy.
- Identify pareto dealerships for Diagnose and generate insights on the chronic non achievement areas based on customer Voice.
- Anticipate results (Prognosis) and initiate actions for mitigation.
- Collect periodically information from Competition / industry.
- Regular visit to primary & secondary network.
