The role would require frequent travel & close interface with the distributors to provide extensive after-market support & direction, ensure high level of distributor & customer satisfaction (thru joint working with distributor team).
Work as first interface between distributor and organisation for all technical queries, parts queries & orders, customer issues, warranty analysis & decisions etc.
Ensure Implementation of various organisation processes and guidelines related to EOR, service, warranty, customer satisfaction measurement, parts availability etc. at distributors primary and secondary network
Regular audits and corrective action implementation related to distributors primary & secondary infrastructure and above processes
Guiding distributor on technical support and troubleshooting
Regular visits to market & end customers to assess product and support level of distributor
Assess competency gaps of distributors service & parts team and initiate corrective actions
Implementation of various Field Activities like:
a. Vehicle Inspection Camps
b. Training to Dealers Mechanics
c. Training to Customers Mechanics- Institutions & Fleets
d. Training to Body Builders
e. Customer Meets & Education
Key Customer Interaction
Design and implement Innovative solutions to improve distributors service penetration and reach
Formulating spares business plan and ensuring desired levels of spares penetration
Collecting regular market intelligence related to competition service
Initiatives, product and service benchmarking
The role would entail extensive travel in the assigned overseas country.
