Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
2. Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with key customers.
3. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Engaging with distributors to identify challenges and helping in resolution
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers
- Ensuring adherence to systems and processes on the field- Team lead experience will be a huge plus
- GT experience would be better
- Individual should be mobile across unit territory and later across 2-3 locations in India as well
