Brief profile is as follows : - To achieve sales target and distribution objective for the area - To effectively and efficiently allocate the work - Maintaining adequate stock levels - Promoting company Image through a close and good relationship with Key Accounts and customers by meeting them on a regular basis - Be aware of the market situation in region. - Initiating Joint business plans for sales and help key accounts to align specific activation program for key accounts - Lead, coach and develop sales officers to implement the channel and customer plans and achieve the desired in-store conditions and sales objectives at the store level - Handling Consumer Complaints We are looking for candidates with an MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 colleges (full time MBA only), with experience in Pharma Sales with MNCs or Pharma-Nutrition companies.
