Revenue Dimensions:
To analyse the market share in your area, both industry wise and product wise
To forecast on sales budget with retention of existing business and new business acquisition
To conceive and develop business strategies to improve sales in your area
Receivables:
To keep a track record of Credit given in the market and update all the concerned departments for the same
To ensure timely collection of receivables of your area
Regular reconciliations of the receivables
Team Management:
Constant persuasion of training and development of Sales officer and any other staff as and when required
Launching of sales motivation scheme as and when required
Performance evaluation of sales team in coordination with reporting manager
Customer Orientation:
Regular review with customer in regard to service performance and business growth
Clearing all issues of Service Agreements with distributors, stockist and S.O.P. based on customer needs
Reporting:
To prepare a detailed analysis report month wise on the sales generated in your area and reporting to National Head/ Regional Sales
Important Points:
Age should be less than 35 years
Should have experience to handle an onroll team
Should be good at distributor management, vendor and dealer management
Should have worked for the sub stockiest market
Should have handles GT market, and should have a flavor of MT
