- Oversee a group of portfolio managers to oversee and expand the current customer portfolio in the agribusiness sector.

- Appropriate geographic knowledge and the capacity to assemble a strong team to fast.To oversee and expand the current client portfolio in the agricultural, food processing, and MSME industries by providing loan products that meet the needs of customers for term loan facilities and working capital, both fund-based and non-fund-based.

- Establish a solid and enduring clientele to raise assets and liabilities, and generate income by consistently offering them top-notch service.

- Strengthening bonds with current clients by offering cross-selling liability and other third-party goods.

- Consistent account monitoring to make sure there are no delinquencies; portfolio hygiene; timely closure of post-disbursement deferrals; and flawless security

- Strengthening ties with current clients by offering cross-selling liability and other third-party goods.
