Responsibility :

- Manage a team of portfolio managers to maintain and expand a current customer base in the agri-SME sector.

- Acceptable geographic knowledge of the area and fast recruitment of team players of high calibre.

- To manage and expand a current customer base in the ag, food processing, and msme industries by providing loan products that meet customers' needs for term loans and working capital (fund-based or non-fund-based)

- To grow both assets and liabilities, develop a solid customer base. Then, generate income by consistently providing them with high standards of service.

- Strengthening ties with current clients by cross-selling liability and other third-party goods.

- Accounts are routinely checked for delinquencies, portfolio sanitation, and post-disbursement deferrals. closing on schedule and flawless security
