Job Description - Head commercial function for one of Waterproofing portfolio in North India.

Description
Reporting to National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the below:
- Liaise with various customers to effectively build relationships that drive translation and development of new and innovative products by the brand
- Provide business Intelligence and market views on key trends per business segment
- Develop/support new and existing channel partners in the region
- Understand the customer requirement, and making adjustment of products to support existing business in South region
- Understand industry trends and competitors strategy. Working with Technology & Product Management to develop new product to grow and improve profitability of the business in the region
- Track Specification and convert it to sales
- Define the best method to do a commercial sale
- Define key account strategies
- Develop operational understanding and key relationships to effectively penetrate target accounts
- Develop, implement, and manage customer complaint process to make sure all complaints are well taken care, timely response to customers, and high degree of customer satisfaction is achieved
- Provide value added service to customer - seminar, technical presentation, on site troubleshooting
- Serve as the technical expert to customers by troubleshooting technical issues at the customer site, demonstrating brand's product capabilities, recommending solutions and serving as the company's representative in technical proposals to the customers. Provide first level of field troubleshooting to customers
- Provide support in local testing to qualify new raw materials and ensure the quality and performance are well maintained
- Promote safety working environment and commit to achieve zero accident target.
- Dispenser support and management
- Handle all commercial aspects related to the sales process - coordinate with Sales Coordinator for timely release of the orders, review of stock situations to ensure that the plant does not run out of stocks, timely collection of overdue payments and maintain the established credit limits defined for the customer, collection of C-forms, etc.
- Assist customers in technical understanding of products and their application.
