Designation: Area Sales Manager
Location: Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh)
Responsibilities
- Effectively negotiate with Dealer on Manpower, Finance and Infrastructure
- Persuade rather than mandate with dealer & negotiate to reach agreements
- Preparing for a successful negotiation
- Creating an emotional connect with the dealer by influencing rather than telling
- Target setting in each dealership
- Evaluating business priorities by understanding the impact of industry drivers, economic conditions, government policies and awareness of crop prices
- Planning for achieving monthly billing volume
- Monthly review with TM and critical dealers to meet the desired volume plan
- Review of Implementation of systems and processes at dealerships
- Regular Monitoring of price support and incentives
