- Managing the RDS MD/MD (Distributor) sell-in (Primary sales) & sell - through (Secondary sales).

- Managing territory through promoter and Team leader.

- Executing national schemes and formulation and execution of local scheme pertaining to trade and team.

- Setting and implementing market development programmes.

- Ensuring that the distributors earn a healthy ROI on a sustainable basis.

- Maintaining and increasing GSM market share by greater reach and penetration.

- Ensuring brand availability, brand saliency and market share across the organised trade.

- Increasing Width of Distribution (WOD) and Depth of Distribution (DOD) across the territory.

- Leading, motivating, and imparting training to the field force and promoter channel.
