Urgently looking for an Area Sales Manager for a large Telecom Company based in Mumbai.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and review to ensure minimum number of calls are made by NAM
- Make visits to potential key accounts at the initial stage of acquisition and maintain relationship post that.
- Identify customised potential approaches for enhancement of revenue generation
- Direct the introduction of new products in existing accounts that increase the revenue generation per account
- Strategize ways in which Idea can acquire Churn customers from competition accounts
- Engagement on regular basis including field visits with NAMs to ensure better average productivity norms
- DST recruitment and productivity tracking
- Management of manpower vendors / agencies
