- Managing a team of Channel partners, area sales in-charge(ASI), direct sales representative(DSR)

- Channel additions to ensure adequate contribution (in terms of activations) to circle/region performance
- Regular engagement with ASI / ASM and Circle Heads for business expansion
- Coordination with service delivery department to ensure timely installation & activations
- Driving sales through online tie-ups(through Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm)
