Position: Area Sales Manager
HQ : Chennai
Year of experience: Min 8 + years of experience in Sales & Distribution in Telecom Industries
Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation
Ensure acquisition of customers and sales as per planned targets for Fixed business and Mobile business respectively.
Ensure seamless execution for Mobility & Fixed line projects under the company business.
Ensure cost optimization and productivity through proper planning.
Provide Leadership to plan and organised work / projects to ensure deliverable from multiple departments as per timelines.
Ensure adherence to all SOPs, statutory compliance's (liaison with Govt. officials) & commercial controls.
Ensure procurement of Right of Way and other related permissions for Fixed Line project execution.
Provide action plan for Customer Retention, Feedback and resolution mechanisms.
Control employee turnover / attrition and keep internal employees motivated, engaged and happy.
Manage service delivery and product availability at network outlets.
Manage Customer life-cycle for both fixed and mobile customers.
Ensure RIL values are instilled and followed by all team members. Motivate team members for higher engagement levels.
Ensure the development of team members. Train and coach people on the job and groom them for higher responsibilities.
Manage relationships with ITI / Technical/Other institutes to ensure steady pipeline of resources.
Engaging the customer through client engagement programs and being a consultant to them - creating an exciting environment to maximize every customer visit
