Area Sales Manager - Switchgear

Client: Our client is one of the largest Spanish multinational company with turnover of 100 Million USD, leader in industrial durables, expanding their operations in India. They are looking for Area Sales Manager based out of Western region of India.

Position offered: Area Sales Manager

Position based: Pune

Reporting to: Regional sales Manager/dotted line to Senior Corporate Manager/Director.

Objective:

- To recruit a local candidate with strong entrepreneurial skills an independent player based at Pune and designated as Asst. Manager(West) covering the areas of Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Ahmednagar & Nagpur in Maharashtra and Goa to start with and later after an year visit Baroda & Ahmedabad in Gujarat.

Attributes:

- Meet OEMs & panel builders to promote rotary cam switches, breaker control switches & accessories.He should work with large/leading distributors in the electrical market to sell on load Changeovers.

- He should also promote DC switch disconnectors among Solar inverter manufacturers, combiner box manufacturers etc. He must organize seminars for potential customers from time to time.

- He should work closely with consultants and take approvals for our products.

- Need highly self motivated individuals with following personal attributes.

- Strong ownership towards the organization

- Strong outcome orientation.

Requirements:

- Must have 4 to 6 years experience in Low Voltage switchgear products or Electrical products.

- Should be a proactive candidate capable of achieving qualitative & quantitative targets.

- Should have worked in reputed switchgear companies.

- Should be a self starter and have to work independently.Must have a fair knowledge of the switchgear market and should have handled reputed OEM accounts, preferably techno-commercial.

- Should have worked in reputed switchgear companies OR leading/large distributors/dealers.

- Good communication skills in English is must.

Qualification:

- BE-Electricals & MBA added advantage.

Age group: 30 to 40.
