Area Sales Manager - Specialty Chemical

Roles And Responsibilities :

- Delivery of the branch sales budgets and branch margin targets of distribution channel with approved budget plan

- Reaching the targets for branch,implement HR procedures and formulate incentive schemes to improve sales within the territory

- Knowledge of relevant customer network,product & application,network applications,distributors potential segments and retailers

- Minimum 3+ years of man management
