Area Sales Manager
We are looking for the Area Sales Manager for a Snacking Brand in Bangalore Area.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree
- Must have 6 - 8 years of hardcore FMCG GT sales experience in Bangalore GT Market, preferably from Snacking, Biscuits, Confectionery, Beverages, Impulse Category (last 2-3 years in Territory Sale In charge / Area Sales Executive/Team handling role). Must have handled Kerala GT market / well versed with Kerala GT market and SS led Distribution model
- Must have handled the Bangalore GT market / well versed with the Bangalore GT market Commercial acumen - well versed with margin, taxation, FMCG pricing structure, debit/credit ledger, etc.
- Must be well versed with GT operations in terms of Beat/Route Planning, Distributor Appointment, Distributor Management, Distribution expansion, Driving team efficiency, Stock planning, etc
- Well-versed in executing BTL activities, Trade schemes, POS material deployment, etc. Must have team management experience
- Well-versed with Excel & PPT, Solution & data focused / orientation Trustworthy, dedicated, fun, cheerful, and extroverted personality
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects is important. The incumbent should be able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
