Urgent openings for the profile of ASM/SME/Mumbai with one of the emerging NBFC.

This candidate would be responsible for handling a team of Sales Manager.

Job Description: Manager SME, Corporate Finance

Job Title: Area Sales Manager SME

Band/ Grade : Manager

Reporting To : Regional Sales Manager

Department : SME, Corporate Finance

State : As relevant

Responsibilities for the job:

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver month on month targets on SME Loan Disbursal's, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health.

- Hire, Train, Supervise and Manage delivery of the Direct Reports (Sales Managers)

- Manage Client Engagements for self and support client engagements for Direct Reports in structuring deals

- Manage Client Origination and File Login in line with Organization Policies from time to time with the Credit Team

- Manage Connector Engagements

- Engage with CPA and Credit Manager to resolve any Clarification / additional inputs from clients for CAM presentation

- Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw downs and recovery efforts if any.

- Drive any cross Sell initiatives that organization will drive from time to time.

Other Responsibilities (If Any) :-

- To ensure highest level of conduct, integrity and transparency in their dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job:

Education : MBA / CA

Work Experience:

Up to 5 years of relevant Sales Experience in SME Sales in the industry. Supervisory Team management is Desirable. Connector Management skill is desirable.

Primary Skill : Selling, Negotiation, Team Management, SME segment understanding, Channel management

Technical Skills : MS Office, Management Skills

Small Team Management at Direct producer level. Connector Management Experience is added advantage soft Skills

High result orientation, Ability to work independently, Tenacity, Fluency in Spoken and written Language, Pleasing personality.
