Area Sales Manager - SME - BFS

Job Description:-

1. Deliver month on month targets on SME- (working Capital- TL, WCDL, Machine loan, etc,) Loan Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health, well aware about the local market & good knowledge of working capital products.

2. Hire, Train, Supervise and Manage delivery of the Direct Reports (Sales Managers)

3. Manage Client Engagements for self and support client engagements for Direct Reports in structuring deals

4. Manage Client Origination and File Login in line with Organization Policies from time to time with the Credit Team

5. Manage Connector Engagements and have a good connect with them & Trade associations.

6. Engage with CPA and Credit Manager to resolve any Clarification / additional inputs from clients for CAM presentation

7. Drive Client Acceptance, Client Loan Documentation for on-boarding, draw downs and recovery efforts if any.

8. Drive any cross Sell initiatives that organization will drive from time to time.
