Area Sales Manager - Secured Lending - Financial Services

We are hiring for Area Sales Manager/ Cluster Manager for our client in MNC Financial Services.

We are seeking Relationship Managers - Secured Lending. The candidate should have a good understanding of the SME Market. He should be execution focused, good at managing relationships, Problem solving and conflict management.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Manage a diverse sourcing mix including in - house sales team, cross sell maximization, DSA, Financial Advisors network

- Manager key partner relationships

- Meet key prospects on a regular basis with an objective to generate new business

- Understand key customer segments with their business potential and associated risks.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- SME Lending team, the below are the threshold competencies of the team members:

- Sound financial understanding, analytical skills and eye for detail
