- Handling frontline Sales team

- Job Includes understanding Product, Market, Competition & Distribution Network and achieving the goal assigned to him.

Major Areas of Responsibility :


- Achieve and exceed sales quota and business targets with the assigned partners.

- Execute channel strategy with the assigned partners and implement necessary critical tasks.

- Monitor the effectiveness of the strategy, identify opportunities and areas for improvement, suggesting and implementing approved corrective measures.

- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters for the selected channel partners, as well as act as a trusted advisor for these partners.

- Continually monitor the performance and competency level of dealers.
