Job Description:
- Understanding and developing a strong Hub & Spoke model to drive strong rural market execution excellence & improve market share.
- Design, recommend and implement innovative Trade Marketing activities through identification of trade channels and segments.
- Expertise in handling the remote rural areas with prior experience of distribution infrastructure/ set-up in the region.
- Enhance retail / channel/ trade effectiveness
- Improved relative Market Share in weak patches in Territory by improving distribution depth by better service frequency to customers, distribution efficiency by mapping non buyers with higher industry contribution.
- To develop new business plan in order to increase volume sales; Growth mapping and Opportunity tapping.
- To motivate, train & develop frontline sales for achievement of targets & work towards their all-round development.
Desired Profile:
- Should be MBA with 8 to 13 yrs work experience.
- FMCG with Rural Market experience is a must.
- Should have Team management experience.
- No relocation candidates required.
