We have an urgent Opening for "Area Sales Manager- (Retail Sales) Location for Jaipur (Rajasthan)

Leading Paint Industry

Responsibilities

- Driving monthly & annual sales and budgetary targets

- Channel Management & Development, Demand Planning, Marketing Activities, Scheme Design

- Plan & Execute the branding for retail and Channel

- Responsible for Unit level BTL planning and spend to gain market visibility

- Work with central marketing team ATL activities for the unit in regional Channels

- Lead and implement Contractor loyalty programs

- Maintaining dealer profitability throughout the year; Collection/ Risk Management for the complete network.

- Implementation of New Distributor based Business Model

- Exposure to Direct Customer Relationship handling and Dealer Network Management.

- Depot Management, Vendor Management

- Coordination with different department like supply chain, marketing, commercial

- Work towards the development of all team members

- Coordinate and organize dealer engagement activities.

- To develop key and new products through proper plan and action them through network with a combination of consumer and applicator initiatives
