Area Sales Manager - Haryana
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary sales
- Reportees will 7-8 people among which it will of ASE and SO.
- Working towards developing & maintaining the Super Distributor - Distributor network & Distributor - retail
- Handling the Objective and Target Setting Incentive Planning, appoint and upgrading the Skill sets of SO/ASE/M.T..
- Recruitment, development, motivation and train the team S.O. and Field force.
- Tracking sales target/KPIs/New initiatives/competitor's activity on regular basis.
Having good Territory exposure - Haryana (mandatory)
