- Responsible for the Business achievement as per targets for the assigned region.
- Responsible for the quarterly and annual forecast for business planning.
- Responsible for Developing new territory and town for future growth.
- Responsible for following and ensuring adherence of company policies and framework across the sales team and stakeholders.
- Reviewing proposals new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth.
- Review Performance of the team members on a periodically and ensure necessary developmental steps are taken to keep performance levels high.
- Ensure budgets, costs, compliances and profits are in line with company strategy.
- Ensure all necessary reports / forecasting / MIS are generated on a regular and timely basis.
- Ensuing submission of distributor claims basis seller claims with Finance team.
- Responsible for identifying appropriate consumer offers, distributor offers, incentive / QPS for channel partners for enabling sales / offtake and deploying in timely manner.
- Listing and responding to Customer complaints and concerns immediately or escalating to top Management.
- Monitor and develop sales teams, ensure sales force effectiveness.
- Develop a sales culture and sales focused environment within team.
- Build and execute strategies to ensure that team achieves its New account sourcing target within the budgeted cost of acquisition.
- Market analysis for horizontal and vertical penetration.
- Dealing with key outlets to design valuable scheme to increase their sale.
- Solution selling to the client for better results.
- Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to fine-tune strategies.
