Job Description

- P&L Responsibility (Business Volume/Portfolio Quality) for Delhi NCR

- Will be responsible for meeting team targets and managing Delhi /NCR portfolio.

- Management of their direct teams including Sales Manager/RMs

- Work proactively with Senior Management to develop Business strategy.

- Measure the productivity and efficiency of Sales Team and Channel partners closely.

- Resolve disbursement related issues.
