Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager - FMCD

Hiring for Area Sales Manager (South) - Leading MNC Consumer Durable Co.

Responsibilities:

- Would be responsible to handle entire South for Channel Sales, Modern Trade and Ecommerce.

- Overall responsibility of sales/account management/sales strategy of the sales area to maximize revenue and meet corporate objectives

- Aggressively develop and manage a pipeline of prospects to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets

- Identify and present to key decision makers with target companies

- Target new customers and develop long term relationships with existing clients and their marketing teams

- Shall be responsible for the South region sales and distribution

- The skills required for this position are in terms of sales, Key Account management as well as ample knowledge about General Trade markets in the South region with ecommerce exposure.

Experience : 5 to 8 years

Age : up to 30 Years

Location : Chennai

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate Should be from Consumer Durables / FMCG Sales experience required with Regional/Zonal Exposure

- Proven sales record

- Extensive market knowledge of the assigned region

- Effective presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills

- Team management skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with different stakeholders

- Demonstrates key sales behaviors (growth & customer focus, result orientation, effective communication, intelligent risk taking)

- Planning & analytical skills, ability for taking decisions in complex situations.

- Should be committed, ambitious, pragmatic, enthusiastic, transparent

CTC : 10 Lkhs to 12 Lkhs
