Exp: 2 - 3 Years.
- Need applicants only from Premier / Tier 1 B-Schools.
- Who has worked minimum 1 Year as Management Trainee + 2 Years (in ASM Role) experience with any FMCG/F&B organization.
JOB ROLE:
- Responsible for strengthening and developing of the unconventional channels (e.g. - kirana stores/retailers etc.)
- Responsible for the product's business projections.
- Responsible to tap new potential markets, generate sales via new channels, tie up's etc.
- Responsible for setting up new distributors and Channels in order to increase/generate sales & sales operations, marketing of the product in the allocated region.
- Managing a small team of sales officers.
- Complete channel management, Sales & Distribution management for FMCG SALES, General Trade, Modern Trade, Horeca segment and Distributors.
- Setting up and monitoring of targets for sales generation, pilot sales representative and channel partners.
- Achieving key volumes, market share & availability targets across channels consistently.
