About our Client - Our client is one of the largest consumer durable companies globally. They are the market leaders in India and deal in the premium category of clients. They are an employee friendly company with a strong product portfolio. Our client is looking for a ASM for their Mumbai business based out of Mumbai.

Job Description - Reporting to the ZSM, you will be responsible for:

- Managing the project sales network for Mumbai

- Developing the network and increasing the market share

- Keeping the sales force motivated and developing their skill sets

- Budget planning and effective utilization of resources

- Develop credible relations with builders / architects and other members of the similar lobby

The Successful Candidate - MBA from a premier institute (ideally 2010 or 2011 batches ONLY), with experience of having worked in an MNC of repute operating in a project sales domain. The incumbent must have handled Mumbai in an ASM role for a period of minimum 2 years and preferably interacted with the large builders/architects or such lobbies. Ability to handle a large sales team and a business portfolio is a must.
