Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Achievement of Sales & Collection targets of the region through a team of Vertical representatives, CBD's, VASFs and Marketing/Executive.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Ensures a healthy network through appointment of good dealers/ distributor across the Territory assigned.
- Ensures Profitable Sales which are in line with the target gross margin/prices of the company (Topline Volume and Value).
- Ensures compliance to the credit control policy of the company and ensure debtors number of days does not increase and reduce overdue outstanding/bad debts.
- Leads the marketing activities including new product launch and introduction, marketing communication, displays at exhibitions, sales promotions, brand strategy and displays.
- Strategising and plan the Channel & Project Sales and making improvements in the sales process management and forecasting.
- Conducting regular meeting with Key Architects and Specifiers (CBD Clients), dealers, distributors and project customers and sales team to discuss target status, product training and sales strategy.
- Ensuring all approvals related to consultants and other Government authorized bodies (if any) are made in a proper and timely manner.
- Coordinating, preparing and launch new ( concept store) for the region by coordinating with operations, plants, finance and strategic planners.
- Coordinate with Plant logistics, administration, commercial and factory departments to ensure timely execution of orders and smooth operations.
Report to - GM ( west ) .
Candidate Requirement :
Graduate / MBA, with B2B / Institutional / Govt.Sales -- Preferred
From - Any Building Material Industry Preferred
" Should have a strong - M.P market work experience is a mandatory "
Team Handling Experience is a must.
