Area Sales Manager - Pharma

Job Description / Responsibilities: -

- We are looking for seasoned sales Professional with 4-5 Years of experience.

- The desired candidate should have Persuasive Presentation, Clear Communication, Selling and Negotiation Skills, and adept in Building Customer Relationship.

- He has to cover his region, Meeting Dealers, Creating New Dealers , Marketing Activities in his region and looking for initiatives to increase the sales in his territory.

- Job Involves Travelling in Southern India or any part of India as per needs of the company.

- A mature and expert manager who can work with team to promote the products ethically.

- Having capacity to motivate the field officials/subordinates to get maximum output and able to make healthy relationships with the doctors. B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA, BBA, B.A., B.Com.

- 5+ years of field experience in pharma industry. Experience with ayurvedic industry will be preferred.

- In depth understanding of scientific/medicinal concepts with marketing skills.

- Good Communication Skills,
