Responsibilities:

Delivering Growth :

- Ensure minimum growth in business in one of the most economically challenged regions in the country

- Continuous data mining and analysis to track SKU performance; identify potential growth drivers and take corrective actions

- Develop and implement Go-to-Market plans (for new launches) and Retail Coverage Drives (for focus SKUs)

Distribution Network Management :

- Set up and streamline network of direct and indirect distributors to achieve efficient distribution of all products

- Foster and manage relationship with the new/existing set of customers to ensure win-win situation

- Coordinate with Logistics and Finance departments to ensure comprehensive service to customer

- Devise customer-wise monthly plan and outline key tasks/objectives for the Sales Officers and Pilot Sales Representatives

Team Management :

- Provide direction, motivation and training to the field sales team to ensure optimum performance and deliver quality service in market

- Develop an area coverage plan for each member of the team to ensure action on key objectives set for the agreed period
