Designation : Area Sales Manager
Area : Western UP - Ghaziabad
Salary: 8 - 12 Lac
Key Responsibilities :
- Formulate strategies and action plans to ensure Primary, Secondary and collection happen as per the Annual Business Plan.
- Formulate & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.
Team management & development :
- Manage, develop, control and motivate the Field Force and Beauty Advisors to develop their skill to ensure monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
- Recruit new staff into team focusing on strong sales competencies
- Provide Training to Field Force on market working.
Sales Operations :
- Conduct monthly sales review to evaluate team performance
- Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.
- Monitor sales on daily basis and track expenses to maintain cost within budget.
- Keeping track of approvals of extra discount & Window Display counter wise
- Keeping track of consumer / promotion schemes
- Allocation of stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.
- Ensure smooth monthly closing
- Ensure freshness of stocks at both CFA & Distributors
- Ensuring skewness of business on weekly basis (Primary & Secondary)
- Inventory management at both CFA & Distributor
Additional Responsibilities :
- To ensure company code of ethics is strictly implemented across internal & external partners like distributors
- Achieve Sales target per BA counter
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
- Experience in Area Sales Management at least 2 years, prior experience in personal care industry is preferred.
Desired Qualifications : Graduation Or Post Graduation
Desired Experience :
- Graduate + 7 Years of minimum experience in FMCG Or MBA + 4 years of minimum experience in FMCG
Special Requirements : Should be able to identify market potential and competitors key activities.
Salary Range: 8 - 12 LPA
