Area Sales Manager - Paint Major

ASM -- MNC Paint Major Company - (Andhra Pradesh)

- Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget.

- Manage accounts receivables as per norms.

- Manage and control inventories and stocks as per budgets through proper forecasting.

- Managing the business in his division through a team.

- Recruitment, Training and development of sales and admin team and develop successors for self and front line personnel

- Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of team

- Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls.

- Channel management and expansion as per need of the business.

- Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the location.

- Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for Cos benefit

- Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.

HANDLING A VALUE BUSINESS OF 20 - 25 CRS ( approx )
