His/ Her major Job responsibilities would be as follows:-

- Sales and target achievement

- Team Management - Micro management, Identification and Hiring of right talent.

- Build new business and ensuring existing business to grow

- Ensures process adherence

- Ensures team productivity and maintain team morale and motivation

- Preparing and completing sales forecasting and monitoring the progress

Ideal profile

- Exposure to Corporate Sales.

- Proven track record of Sales and Target achievement.

- MBA with 5-8 years of experience.

- Should have experience of Team Management – 2 yrs.
