Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Develop plans to maintain an efficient, productive and harmonious work environment.
- Select, lead, guide, evaluate and develop employees to ensure that the department achieves the business objectives.
- Select the right people and keep them trained and motivated to add value for Grundfos- customers. Secure the right mix of talent.
- Ensure overall Business,Value wise and Product Wise
- Appointment of New Dealers.
- Appointment of New OEM's.
- To be within the norms of credit control policy and contribution with reference to budget
Critical knowledge and experience:
Industry, market and business environment
- Experience leading processes preferably within similar commercial area.
- Experience working on a team developing and/or leading strategies within a business environment.
- Experience leading a team and/or a business process within similar commercial area.
- Most likely to have 5-6 years of relevant work experience before entering level.
Technical, functional and professional -
- Strong ability to lead and/or influence others.
- Strong knowledge of best practices and systems within relevant area
Top 5 requirements -
- Full time Graduate Engineer from a reasonable reputed engineering college.
- Working experience of average 10-15 years - out of that last minimum 5 years in the PUNE Market.
- Existing relationships with decision makers and influencers in Commercial Building Segment, WU and Industry Segment in Region West.
- Managing a distributor network and a sales of about 50 Crores.
- Strong background in MIS and reporting systems - communications and cultural fit for a global company.

Time application: Annual planning for team and performance management.
