Area Sales Manager (Modular Kitchen) - Leading MNC
- Increase the sales results by developing an overall sales strategy for Premium Modular Kitchen Solution.
- Responsible for identifying & appointing Dealer.
- Regular relationship development with Architects, Consultant, Engineers, Designers and HNI customers.
- Detailed technical presentations & discussions with the customers, preparing proposals, cost estimation and quotations.
- Organize and execute product presentations at trade shows, events.
- Develop, implement and maintain monthly sales tracking systems such as sales reports.
- Visit customers regularly to understand their business, buying patterns, industry standards, technical requirements, etc.
- Responsible for service the existing customers & new market development.
- Assistance in effective Credit Management with the help of marketing tools.
- Leading a team of dealer's sales executive and designers.
- Knowledge of respective Territory
- Handling and settlement of claims.
- Awareness of industry, market & legislative drivers the processes are maintained.
- Maintain customers and their competitor's strength weaknesses opportunities threat profile.
Qualification & Experience :
- Should be Graduate or MBA with 6 to 12 years of project sales experience in Modular Kitchen Segment.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning,communication,
- Sales experience in concept selling, interior products, furniture & Building products to Architect and high profile clients
- Aggressive and productive approach to sales
- Proven Relationship building capability and ability.
- Excellent presentation skills for large and small group.
- Excellent Presentation skill, Analytical skills & problem solving skills.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Able to multitask
