Job Profile:

- Handling the complete portfolio for Modern Trade.

- Managing business for the region across portfolios.

- Leading & managing a team of Distributors, Stockists, Sales Officers / Executives & field force.

- Managing the business smoothly in a complex area with association issues, unstable infrastructure, and attrition at the executive level

- Formulation of sales strategies, planning & achieving sales targets; taking sales led initiatives

- Managing supply chain & commercial aspects of the area; overall team development (coaching/growth)

- Maintaining optimum growth in retail, wholesale and rural markets

- Responsible for market share growth by influencing direct coverage and the depth and width of the products
