Area Sales Manager- MT>
- Our client makes quality & tasty coffee varieties convenient and easily accessible to all. Some of their products include mint chocolate coffee, hazelnut coffee, sweetened creamer, coffee-related merchandise, etc. Their coffee varieties are manufactured with the advantages such as 100% natural, no added sugar, no artificial flavours and no added preservatives.
- Their coffees are distributed through a variety of channels including their own website, e-commerce marketplaces, and to a variety of institutional clients like 5 star hotels etc.
As a Area Sales Manager- MT, you will be responsible for building & managing the general trade and modern trade business.
What you will do:
- Being responsible for handling business operations for GT and MT both
- Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume and value objectives of the assigned territory through GT, MT and institutional segment
- Interfacing with supply chain, brand managers for right product at the right time
- Ensuring product requirements and executing service policy to resolve dealer/ consumer issues
Desired Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Graduate/ Post Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Distribution/ Trade Channel Sales
- Experience of retail distribution activities- Primary and Secondary sales
- Experience in developing distribution in the Key Outlets and Stand-Alone Outlets in the region allotted
- Experience in monitoring and reporting sales and growth on a monthly/ weekly basis
- Strong business orientation and acumen
- High interpersonal, communication and execution skills
- Good market reputation with distributors
