The incumbent should be an MBA from reputed institute with experience in Modern Trade Management and Key Accounts Management in a FMCG/ Consumer Durable/ Healthcare/Wellness Company.
KRAs:
- Regional Key Accounts Management.
- Preparing the Modern Trade sales strategy & growth plans in line with business strategy-Drive profitability and deliver on the revenue and share parameters.
- Translating the annual sales operating plan into customers wise, quarterly & monthly objectives.
- Providing trade information, competitor's activities and market intelligence to company
- Accountable to add potential & strategic Key Accounts as selling partners.
- Planing, organizing implementing sales programs for the named accounts handled and is responsible for achieving overall sales objectives.
- Monitoring and evaluating discounts structure offered by set of key accounts and govern the policy and guidelines.
