FMCG - Area Sales Manager - Modern Trade
- Effectively drive and grow the business from the Modern Trade channel in the defined territories
- Drive the business to achieve the decided sales & revenue targets and business objectives
- Manage and grow the relationship and drive business from the Modern Trade channel
- Develop & execute the sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Mentor, guide and drive the team to achieve the desired results
- Use data analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
- To handle all in-store execution - availability of stock, share of shelf etc
- Ensure effective stock forecasting to maintain the stock availability and pipeline
- margin negotiations, MOU closure, revenue, campaign planning & collections of Ecommerce business of the organization
- To drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, reduce delivery costs.
