Responsible for driving sales and operation
Formulate and implement depot/town specific plans/scheme with input from Sales team.
Align the sales team for delivery of sales, demand generation and channel objectives
Responsible for Inventory management/Forecasting/budgeting/Depot operation/End to end service to the dealers
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/yearly analysis of sales target Vs Achievement and taking corrective actions if required.
Drive value and Volume With OD and discounts in control
Identify high growth opportunities and prioritize resource deployment for market share gains
Handling a large team.
Reporting to Regional Head
