Handling Value Business of 50 crs .
- Setting sales targets and implementing measures towards maximizing sales and profitability
- Engaged in retail activation, demand generation for new products, secondary schemes and activities with skills gained in Market Intelligence and Networking
- Training field force, recruiting sales officers and improving selling skills of a team, dealing with few large direct consumer accounts
- Engaged in business planning and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment and hosting constructive meetings
- Developing & executing customer level engagements that maximized entire customer lifecycle value
- Managing multi-channel marketing tactics across portfolio; engaging with stakeholders including vendors, marketing teams and channel partners to ensure that common goals are achieved
- Steering business planning and performance management of channel partners, including development and execution of joint sales plans, local area marketing, staff coaching, recruitment, pipeline management and hosting constructive meetings
- Recruit, hire, coach, and develop a high performing field based sales teams, developed and managed a staff of sales professionals
- Educated employees on new products, customer service strategies and regulation changes in the industry.
Candidate Requirement :
From Any Consumer Durable / Building Material / Paint / Lighting Industry
A.P / Telangana experience preferred
