Looking for Area Sales Manager for Chennai/Chandigarh from Emerging Corporate have managed Mid Market.
Key Objective of the Job:
- To acquire, develop & maintain client relationships as well as manage the assigned portfolio to meet and exceed expectations. In the process to learn various facets of business and grow the location.
Major Deliverables:
- Planning sales target and building up sale strategy in area of responsibility
- To develop sales force competency in order to have strong workforce to meet company's requirement.
- Managing and controlling the sales team to meet the sales objectives and sales target
- Liaise with relevant departments to get information support to sales team to ensure sales operation meet or exceed the target
- Report and evaluate sales status in agreed format and frequency
- Monitor, control sales performance following company procedure
- Understand all the products available and interpret the nuances of Balance Sheets
- Identify the opportunity and provide an optimal solution to the customer with innovative strive and relationship skills.
- Identify and develop channels for sourcing and scale up the portfolio.
- Influence self to go out and pitch the bundled value proposition to customers
- Develop marketing plan for the channel or customer or group and determine the cost benefit analysis
- Achieving the sales targets for the business and identify the opportunities to cross sell.
- Drive adoption and growth of business across channels through conventional and digital means
- Create a portfolio best in class and maintain the quality
- Read the competition and offerings and protect your customer from competition
Educational Qualification:
- Post-Graduation
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of Experience in the Industry
