Area Sales Manager - Manufacturing

Hiring for Area Sales Manager for Large Manufacturing Company based in Jaipur/ Bhubaneshwar/ Kolkata. Must have experience in channel sales, dealer, development, well aware of local language. On roll team handling experience is mandatory. Experience - 7 Years - 9 Years. Qualification - B.Tech/B.SC & MBA (Full time).

Sales & Distribution :

- Drive primary & ECP sales

- Effective distribution policy and management

- Identify channel conflicts & proactively address them

Leadership:

- Monitor SOs and track progress on monthly sales targets

- On-the-job training to TMs / support TMs in training DSRs

Channel Expansion:

- Enroll outlets to increase channel outreach

- Identify new distributors and evaluate partner's potential with RSM

- Explain value proposition to new retailers

Market Visibility:

- Ensure visibility in market place; engage in demand generating activities (ex: CPC, influencer meets)

Forecasting:

- Project future sales to support production planning
