Area Sales Manager - Loan Against Property/Housing Loan - NBFC

- Handling Team of Business Managers & Channels which includes strategic alliances, business associates.

- Handling mortgage/LAP&HL channel in Delhi NCR

- Achieving contributed value targets set for the team.

- Sales volumes for multiple products, sourcing quality & underwriting diligence to meet sales targets while controlling delinquencies and frauds.

- Managing TAT's on credit & processing.

- Monitoring individual performance of each employee, continuously work to maximize productivity people management.

- Recruitment & training of the team and providing sales & product training to them.

- Motivate and develop sales team
